We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming Wedding with you at Hotel Xcaret Mexico in gorgeous Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Your presence at our wedding means the world to us.

Cheryl & Shea Bailey of Yellow Umbrella Events, a destination wedding travel company, have been amazing in helping us with all the resort details. We have set up a wedding room block with the resort, specific to our group, and Yellow Umbrella Events will be assisting all our guests in reserving your rooms for our wedding on Thursday, May 8th, 2025.

Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule

A payment equal to 2 Room Nights of your room total is all you need to reserve your room.

Tuesday, November 12th, 2024, is the deadline to get an available room in the room block. Any reservations requested after that date have to be requested with the resort. Room availability and contracted rates are not guaranteed.

Full payment of your trip is due by Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 (The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made by this date).

Additional payments towards your balance can be made at any time (monthly) by contacting your dedicated reservation specialist before the final payment is due.

You are responsible for booking your own flights but we still need your flight info by Monday, March 24th, 2025, to give to Hotel Xcaret's transportation company.

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). This is where the transportation company will pick you up.

All wedding events will be adults-only (no exceptions).
